Membership Terms & Conditions

We are so excited that you have chosen Elevate 24hr Gym for you fitness needs! In order to create and maintain a comfortable environment for our members, please follow these rules below.

  • Be respectful of facility and other members

  • Take care of the equipment

  • Clean up after yourself, leave the space better than you found it

  • DO NOT LET NON MEMBERS INTO THE FACILITY

  • The infrared sauna is only for ONE person at a time

  • Sexual Misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated and result in membership revoked

  • Please put your weights away - Some people aren't strong enough to put your weights away.

  • Wipe down machines, benches, and any other equipment/weights - help us to keep our facility clean and sanitary.

  • Wear Ear Buds, NO speakers allowed - please be respectful to others, not everyone wants to hear your music.

  • Respect the Machines and Weights - please no slamming or dropping, help us keep our new machines new and working!

  • Respect Others:

    • Don't critique others or offer unsolicited advise

    • Give personal space

    • Don't keep asking for free advise

    • Respect others time - don't hog machines

    • Don't be a bully!

    • Don't film or take photos of others without their permission

  • Anyone under 18 must have PARENT or LEGAL GAURDIAN with them at all times - cannot be a friend or other adult. No one under 13 is allowed in gym for their safety and for liability purposes.

  • DO NOT under any circumstance let anyone into the gym - for your safety! All members have Bluetooth and fob access. There is no reason to let someone in because they "forgot" their fob. If their fob isn't working it's either a billing issue or their pass has been revoked.

  • All persons must have their OWN membership - ABSOLUTELY NO sharing of memberships. Passes are NOT interchangeable.

CONDUCT/DAMAGES:

Elevate 24hr Fitness is committed to the health, safety, and welfare of each of its members and will not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent or illegal behavior. Members who do not observe Elevate Fitness' rules and regulations or who abuse equipment in any fashion will be asked to leave. Elevate Fitness has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. This right includes, but is not limited to termination of a membership without refund to any member engaging in unacceptable behavior. The member shall pay for any damages to Elevate Fitness property which results from the willful or negligent conduct of any member, member's guest, or member's dependent child. Not all rules and regulations are listed in this agreement. Elevate Fitness reserves the right to add, change or remove rules, conditions of membership, opening and closing hours, and all services and facilities offered by Elevate Fitness.

PAYMENT SUMMARY:

Monthly memberships are paid in advance monthly, on the calendar date which the membership became activated, for the following month. Monthly membership payments shall be made the first day of each month, on a month-by-month basis, via automatic debited payment (credit card, debit card, or automatic checking account draft). Additional terms regarding the automatic debited payments are outlined below.

In the event of a declined credit card/debit card, the member's account will be immediately suspended, pending the member updating their payment information and their membership dues paid in full.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT BY MEMBER:

Memberships can be cancelled at anytime through the membership portal. Memberships MUST be cancelled BEFRE billing. ABSOLUTLEY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

FREEZE POLICY:

Members with a monthly membership may put their membership on hold, in one-month increments, for up to three (3) calendar months. A fee of $25 will be charged per freeze request. Notice of intent to freeze one's account must be submitted to Elevate 24hr Fitness via email at Elevate24hrfit@gmail.com no less than seven (7) business days prior to the freeze date. The freeze request must state both the freeze start date and reactivation date. Members who provide insufficient notice cannot be guaranteed a timely stop on billing. Members will not be billed for memberships during the freeze months. Billing will resume automatically upon end of freeze months.

24HR ACCESS DOOR:

Our state of the art system allows members to Bluetooth in with their phone or key fob. All members MUST close door completely to allow next person to scan in. ALL MEMBERS MUST SCAN IN!

TAILGATING:

ABSOLUTLEY NO TAILGATING: This refers to members letting NON members in. We have special cameras that will alert us when two people walk in with out scanning. If this happens our system will automatically shut off your membership. So be sure each person scans in.

CHILDREN:

We love children but unfortunately, kids in the gym is unsafe for them and a liability for us. Kids under the age of 13 are not allowed in the facility. If you have a child under the age of 13 that would like a membership please contact ELEVATE.

UNDER 18:

Any persons under the age 18 MUST have a parent with them at all times.
